OFFice Assistant – Full Time
Location: Auckland CBD | Remuneration: $55,000 per annum

We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Assistant to join our team full-time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails & serving clients
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Processing incoming and outgoing parcels
- Assisting with job intake including but not limited to taking clear and accurate photograph of jewellery items and collection
- Supporting managers and team members with daily administrative tasks
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (essential)
- Honesty and integrity are essential – a police check will be conducted
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise e&ectively
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft O&ice, email systems, databases)
- Professional presentation and manner
Preferred Experience:
- Previous jewellery related experience
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Cash handling and EFTPOS experience
- Experience with simple database systems
- Administration experience in a small business environment
- Confidence handling high-value items
